A land full of proposals, part of them are real excellences that are treated based on their seasonality,
Starting from the very famous Asparagus of Bassano to those of Badoere,
to the artichokes of the Venetian lagoon and arriving to the typical “bruscandoi”, mushrooms, Lamon’s beans,
the radicchio of Treviso and Castelfranco, the chestnuts of Monfenera and Combai.
There are also small farms that raise animals from the courtyard and from the stables as per tradition.
We are on the slopes of Grappa and the mountain is close to us also for what concerns
the products of “Malga”. For the cheeses like Montasio,
Morlacco, Asiago, Bastardo del Grappa .. .Vezzena.
We choose raw materials, avoiding too complex production chains.
