From the renowned Bassano Asparagus to those of Badoere, to the Artichokes of the Venetian Lagoon, to the Bruscandoi, Mushrooms, Lamon Beans, Treviso and Castelfranco Radicchio, and Monfenera and Combai Chestnuts.
There’s also no shortage of small farms that raise traditional farmyard and livestock. We’re on the slopes of Mount Grappa, and the mountains are close to us, even when it comes to Alpine pasture products; Cheeses such as Montasio, Morlacco, Asiago, Bastardo del Grappa, and Vezzena. We select raw materials, avoiding overly complex supply chains.
